All final year BDes and BSc (UG Main) students.
There will be a meetingt o discuss the end of year show on Thursday 11th MArch as 14:30 in the design studio. I expect a full attendance as you will all be involved in the set up. In your absence you may be allocated a task.
We will be discussing the following:
- Planning committee
- Graphics: flyers, posters, handouts on the night?
- Room layout: Floor plan
- Web submission- PC set ups (power points)
- Printed formats and space per student
- Food, drink, service (sponsorship etc)
- Show opening
- Funding
- Boards assembly and painting
I will also bring some slides of a previous show for your information.
The meeting will take no more than 1 hour.
