Tutorials will be reviewed as a method of understanding your progress with 3d modelling. They will be retained and used in your final assessments in part for learning outcomes K3 and P3 (see module descriptor). All tutorials are to be saved and submitted by no later than 09:00am on Wednesday of week 10 (26th November 2003):
Create a rendering of each tutorial already completed and save as:
- a .jpg format
- 640x480 or 320x240 pixels resolution
- email to jdm.magee@ulster.ac.uk or submit on floppy disc for my attention to the secretary's office
Tutorials include
- Primitive modeling: Train or Table and Chair
- Low polygon modeling: Aeroplane
- Patch modeling: Curtains
- NURMS Modeling: Beetles head or Gauntt's head
- Lighting and textures: experimental examples of your own project work in progress with test textures and lighting (maximum 3 images)
