Final year,
you have already been contacted by David, yet only a few of you have responded. Although the deadline has lapsed you have been given a few more days grace. By first thing on Monday 7th June, you must have all digital work you hope to include in the show submitted (sooner if possible). Otherwise it wont feature in the show. This includes still images (for a power point show) and any moving image example you have (for a showreel). It can include work from last semester if desired.
Work should either be left in the office with Julie for my attention or sent to me via yousendit so my email does not block up.
See instructions as discussed with the digital design team.Ensure you prepare material in the fomats requested or they will not be included.

If you are submitting any images or moving image pieces could you please follow the guidelines submitted below:
The submission deadline for images and moving image is 12:00pm Monday (31/05/10)
Images:

Maximum of FIVE images allowed.
*
Resolution of each image 1500X800 (Width X Height).
*
72dpi
*
If you would like them in a specific order could you please attach a notepad file directing the team.

Save your image as a jpeg.
Moving Image:
*
One minute footage choosing areas that you would like to be shown in the final year show reel. (A highlight reel of your work as such).
*
Resolution/Composition of your moving image must be 1500X800 (Width X Height).
A few of us will be in the room MF124 on monday from 12 until 4. If your work cannot be sent by email please come down and hand it to one of us and we will make sure it will be added.
